As your Member of Parliament, Rob worked hard to secure federal funding for many Fundy Royal projects. Following is a sample of the projects that Rob had the honour of working on.

Fundy Trial Parkway: $25,000,000 in Federal Funding for the completion of the Fundy Trail Parkway. The Fundy Trail Parkway contributes significantly to the local economy with increased tourism, job creation and generating economic growth for St. Martins, Alma and Surrounding areas.

Riverview: delivered more than $4 million in funding to the Town of Riverview for the construction of a new water-storage tank, booster-station equipment and waterlines. This project improved on the existing water-distribution system helping bring about a more stable system and a better quality of life for the residents of Riverview. The project also opened up new land for development that helps generate growth, making Riverview a more stable, strong community.

Hampton Kings County Court House: Federal Funding for the repurposing of the Hampton Kings County Court House into municipal offices. The historic landmark had been vacant for two years prior to the announcement. The Federal Funding for the Town Hall was an anchor to the Town Square Revitalization project.

Construction of the Sussex Civic Centre: Federal Funding for the Sussex Civic Centre. The multi-use business/recreation facility that includes a swimming pool, walking track, fitness centre, community rooms, and offices helps to build strong, vibrant communities that contribute to economic growth.

Maritime Motor Sports Hall of Fame: Federal Funding for the Maritime Motor Sports Hall of Fame. The Investment helps generate economic and tourism activity to Petitcodiac and Surrounding Area.

Petitcodiac Arena: Federal Funding for renovations to the Petitcodiac Arena. The project included replacing the entire ice surface concrete floor, refrigeration system, installing new piping, and adding new boards in the arena. The Arena provides significant community benefits to Petitcodiac youth and seniors, as well as residents from the Surrounding Areas.

Hampton Lighthouse River Centre: Federal Investment for the construction of the Hampton Lighthouse River Centre. This project included a beautiful new building for river-based tourism as well as a location for community based events and meetings.

Albert County Exhibition Centre: delivered over $400,000 in Federal Funding to renovate the Albert County Exhibition Centre complete with a new roof. This allows Families and Friends to enjoy activities in all weather conditions!

Hampton Town Square: Federal Funding for the Hampton Town Square Community Playground. The Playground was part of the revitalization of Hampton’s Town Square. The playground contributes to the health and quality of life of families and promotes healthy living through physical activity and community building.

Ossekeag Place Seniors Complex: Federal Funding for Ossekeag Place. The 32 unit apartment complex is to help seniors have independence and a quality of life in a great community.

Portage Atlantic: delivered more than a $1-million federal investment to assist in the construction of a multi-purpose centre for Portage Atlantic. The Centre located near Norton, benefits youth at risk from across Atlantic Canada.

Sussex 8th Hussars Sports Centre: federal funding for upgrades to the 8th Hussars Sports Centre. The project included new rink boards, glass and lighting. The Arena provides significant community benefits to Sussex youth and seniors, as well as by many citizens from the Surrounding Areas.

Sussex Area: Funding for Murals Project, Sussex Water Treatment and Sewer upgrades , Street Upgrades, Princess Louise Park

St. Martins: $25,000,000 federal funding for the Fundy Trial Parkway, Small Craft Harbours Fishing Industry, Four Seasons Complex, Senior Citizens Club

Hillsborough: delivered more than $1.2 million in federal funding to upgrade Hillsborough's drinking water and waste water infrastructure. This project ensures that public health and the environment in Hillsborough are protected and preserved. The modern and reliable infrastructure attracts business and helps create jobs for years to come.

Riverview: funding for Assessible Playground, Fundy Gateway

Hampton Projects: funding for Street Upgrades, Trans-Canada Trail extension, Water\Wastewater investment, Seniors Resource Centre updates

Petitcodiac: funding for Wastewater treatment, public playground,

Salisbury: federal funding for Sanitary sewer replacement, Royal Canadian Legion Branch upgrades,

Riverside-Albert: delivered federal funding Albert Agricultural Society, Water and wastewater upgrades,

Alma: $25,000,000 in Federal Funding for the completion of the Fundy Trail Parkway, funding for local water services improvements, Alma Senior Citizens Club and Albert County Heritage.
